SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Warsaw, Poland.

All orders are made in small batches thus every order will take up to 5 business days (if not listed differently) of making/preparation time until we hand your items to our carrier for shipping.

Shipments will be processed by DHL Express, Fedex or DPD.

RETURNS

We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.vanitynap.com, please let us know about it at INFO@VANITYNAP.COM. Kindly note all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

We guarantee a refund of the entire amount using exactly the same method that was chosen for placing the order. 

In case you decide to return your order, you will need to cover return shipping costs and any additional duty and/or tax fees if applicable. Please consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All returns must be sent to:
