These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Vanity Nap online store available at www.vanitynap.com (the “Store”).

DEFINITIONS

Store – the online store operated by Vanity Nap
Seller – VANITY NAP s.c. Paulina Mroczyńska, Alicja Zawadzka
Customer – any individual or legal entity placing an order
Consumer – a natural person acting outside their business activity
Product – goods offered for sale
Order – purchase request submitted via the Store
Sales Agreement – contract concluded upon order confirmation
Working Days – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays

USE OF THE WEBSITE

The Store may be used via a device with internet access and a modern browser.

Users must not:

interfere with the Store
attempt unauthorized access
use the Store unlawfully

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All Products include descriptions and prices in EUR.

Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

The Seller may change prices or products, but not for orders already placed.

PLACING ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24/7.

To place an order, the Customer must:

select a Product
add it to cart
provide delivery details
select payment and delivery
confirm the order

The Customer receives an email confirming receipt of the Order.

The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller sends order confirmation (acceptance of the offer).

The Seller may refuse or cancel an Order in justified cases (e.g. incorrect data, unavailability).

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are processed by external providers:

Payment must be completed within 3 business days unless processed instantly.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment.

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Customer may be required to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Failure to pay required duties or taxes may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed. In such cases, the Seller is not responsible for any resulting loss.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement via email.

The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from notifying the Seller.

The Customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Customer is also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return shipment.

The Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option, within 14 days.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS

The Seller must deliver goods in conformity with the contract.

If a Product is defective, the Consumer may:

request repair or replacement
request price reduction
withdraw from the contract (if defect is significant)

The Seller responds within 14 days.

If accepted, the Seller covers costs required by law.

PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

COOKIES

The Store uses cookies for operation, analytics and marketing.

Users can manage cookies via settings or consent tools.

LIABILITY

The Seller is not liable for technical interruptions beyond control.

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Certain consumer rights may also apply to individuals running a business, where the contract is not of a professional nature.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

Disputes are handled by Polish courts unless consumer law provides otherwise.

CHANGES

Terms may be updated. Orders remain subject to the version at purchase.
