RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item purchased from www.vanitynap.com, please contact us at info@vanitynap.com.

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes related to the return shipment.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
